Reviews and Ratings
We had an overall decent experience at the hotel. The location was easy to find and the check-in process was quick with friendly staff. However, the rooms felt quite basic for the price, and we had some disturbances from noise during the night, which impacted our sleep. Dining at the restaurant was a mixed experience due to the unruly guests nearby during our special occasion, which made it uncomfortable for us.
I had a lovely overnight stay in a club room with a big comfy bed and a fantastic shower. The staff were friendly and well-presented, but there were a few hiccups-like stained carpets and the room service app not working. Overall, it was a nice experience and I would consider staying again.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the clean and comfortable rooms provided a nice stay, the service left much to be desired, particularly with the lack of response to room service requests. The location was average, not quite ideal for relaxing. The dining experience was quite poor, and it feels like the low price we paid reflected the quality. Overall, the hotel has potential, but improvements are definitely needed in service and dining.
