cold roombasic tea
The room was cold. The bathroom towel rail wasn't working, and I couldn't find a way to turn it on. the tea and coffee selection was basic with no fruit or caffeine-free options available. Only a few long-life milk sachets were provided. Fresh coffee bags would improve this situation.

underwhelming stay
wonderful staffnoisy desk fancramped room
the staff was wonderful, i cannot say otherwise.
The room was not what i expected, a club room, however it had no air conditioning, instead, only a noisy desk fan. this proved very ineffective and the room felt quite cramped, also without a wardrobe. I would expect better.

Acceptable stay, but with some issues
lukewarm foodthin walls
The breakfast food was not hot enough. It was only lukewarm. I told someone about it. the room felt very dark and dull. There were no pictures or anything to. The walls seemed thin because I could hear everything happening outside my room.

helpful stafflovely foodcold roomroller blind
the staff were very helpful. they kindly moved my room away from the functions since i wasn't attending one, it was very considerate. i found the food in the restaurant lovely. the breakfast had many items available.
The room felt a bit cold. It lacked warmth. i also noticed the roller blind let in a lot of light. Curtains would be much better. it wasn't ideal.
